Four weeks to go!
Even though we only have a month left to the school fashion show, we only have one more thing to do- the slip! This underskirt will have crepe paper added to the hem, so that Eimear will have lovely coloured present tissue coming from under the hem of the main skirt!
How do you like our shoes? ;) we made them in Home Economics today. They're so quirky and colourful, we reckon that they will go perfectly with the rest of our outfit. Pictures of the finished outfit will be posted next week :)

Week 4 progress
It is safe to say that our JunKouture outfit is coming on in leaps and bounds! After changing tactics with our skirt, we have completed the headpiece in its entirety, and this week we've polished off the bodice. Eimear really looks like an excellently wrapped present with it on! And the paper bead bracelets are so funky!
We hope to make lots of progress next week, when starting on the last main piece of our outfit- THE SKIRT. We definitely have our work cut out for us, because we are making it out of cardboard! Once it's finished, our model, Eimear will look like a Christmas and birthday morning all rolled into one!

Progress Report!
Eimear's bodice is now made... The base of it is structured using cardboard, and we are going to decorate it using woven strips of gift bags. Although our original idea didn't go according to plan, we have come up with an even better idea out of our difficulty!
